- Provide a name/nickname. Do not write anything offensive, otherwise I'll have to change it.
- Provide a valid e-mail address so I can send you information regarding the status of your application. You can choose to hide or display your e-mail address in the members list.
- Provide a valid country name.
- Website URL is optional. If you want your website to be listed, you must have a code up on your site before applying, linking back to the fanlisting index page. Do not provide a social media page (Twitter, Instagram, etc). No hotlinking - upload images to your own server! If I cannot find the code when I check your site, I will not add your site URL, but I will still add you to the members list.
